My work scouting for production talent compliments my energy and drive to bring what I have learned in my advertising career to other sectors and companies with ambitions to help differing communities and supporting different challenges. I am proud to work with some ambitious and varied companies as Non-Executive director and am passionate about helping other people in our sector lend their talents in the same way so they can get so much self-fulfilment and continue learning as I have.
My ambition is to develop this portfolio of companies I work with gradually, for now, it’s a privilege to be alongside these trailblazers.

Racket Music was set up in 2007 by John Ross and Alex Hedges to bring together a collective of musically obsessed friends.
We have built a thriving home for composers who collaborate with Music Supervisors to help their clients tell nuanced brand stories. With Ronnie at the helm, we can can morph our skills to any genre and create soundtracks that enforce memorable visuals every time.
We also work direct with global agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, Mother, Fallon, BBH to create scores for films and content from storyboard to screen.

Our mission is to inspire communities in Berkshire to thrive. We do this by providing information, advice, support and training to individuals, groups and other organisations. We work as enablers, raising money locally and nationally to deliver projects that have positive, long-lasting effects.
Queenz Equestrian
Queenz Equestrian was founded by Katharyn Thompson to offer keen amateur riders a bespoke, inclusive and ambitious riding environment and the opportunity to be part of a team, both at home and away. Her passion for horses has brought its own personal freedom and inspired her to resign from her promising career in the city and concentrate on harnessing new ways of teaching riding to like-minded people. She thrives on helping adults and children overcome challenges and get rid of those bad riding habits!
