I harness my 25 years working as a producer in the Advertising industry, I collaborate with clients and find producers all disciplines.
There is no one size fits all in production. Whether its high end branded content, tvc, stills, post production, digital you need a specialist. I know the difference from wearing that hat myself and can pinpoint that talent.
Working outside the realms of the search engine and job posting sites, I explore opportunities where you might least expect. Relentlessly, researching and encouraging access to this sector for those who have previously experienced barriers to entry.
I report annually on the demographics of the candidates I present to clients, with a view to welcoming talent from the widest pool.
